Earn College Credit at Southeastern HS 2015-2016

Seven Southeastern High School classes are now part of the College Credit Plus Program. Students successfully completing the Southeastern class and having a passing score on the COMPASS or ACT can earn free Clark State credit that is transferable to all state schools in Ohio.

The following English courses taught by Wendy DeLong include the free college credit option: Advanced English 11 (6 credits - ENG 1111 and 1112); English 11 (3 credits - ENG 1111); and English 12 (3 credits - ENG 1112).

The following math courses taught by Kathy Mercer offer free college credit: Algebra III (4 credits - MTH 1280); AP Calculus AB (5 credits - MTH 2200); and AP Statistics (5 credits - STT 2640 and 2650).

College credit is also available for Chemistry taught by Steve Lenk.

Students in the College Credit Plus classes will complete a free college application this fall and be duel enrolled at Southeastern and Clark State. College transcripts documenting the credit will be available in June.
