Dayton Dragons Visit Miami View

On May 9, 2017, three visitors from the Dayton Dragons met with the Miami View fourth graders. The visitors included pitchers Ryan Hendrix and Patrick Riehl and mascot, Gem. The students participated in games, and won prizes, including Dragons hats, t-shirts, and baseballs. The activities were part of the Dragons MVP program offered to all fourth and fifth graders in the area. Students selected as MVP’s get free tickets to a Dragon’s game and to the Dragon’s field day events. Go Dragons!
