Demonstrating Readiness Graduation Seals
Students will need to demonstrate readiness for their post-high school paths by earning 1 of the following 3 local seals:
Student Engagement Seal
Student must be involved in a minimum of 4 activities from the time they enter high school to the time they graduate. Ie: SE sports, FCCLA, FFA, Student Council, Class Officer and/or Prom Committee
Community Service Seal (20 hours plus a 2 page essay)
Fine Arts Seal
Student must be involved in a minimum of 4 fine arts classes and/or activities such as: Intro to Art, Crafts, Ceramics, Adv Ceramics, Drawing & Painting, Concert Choir, Band, Marching Band, and/or Concert Band
In addition to earning a local seal, students are required to earn at least one Readiness Graduation Seal as part of Ohio’s graduation requirements. These seals represent a student’s preparation for college, career, or military pathways. Students may earn more than one seal to demonstrate their strengths in multiple areas.
